We will check our delivery routes for you and get back to you as soon as we can.
One of our friendly staff will call you and discuss you requirements. They will also explain how everything works and what you can expect.
During your conversation, they might ask you questions such as:
- Do you need a water cooler?
- If you do … we have rent free coolers available. What style would you like? Hot/Cold or Cold Only
- There are no fixed term contracts but we like you to sign a care agreement for the coolers and bottles that says you will take good care of them for us. Are you happy to do this?
- Are you happy to pay by credit card? Or Cash?
- Is there anything the driver needs to know? eg do you have a dog?
- Does the driver require a security code to open a gate?
- Where would you like to leave your empty bottles so the driver can find them?
- If you used the internet to find us… what words did you type in for the search?
- Why are you buying Spring Water?
- If you choose to buy your spring water from us… we may ask you why you chose us?

As such, you will be given the opportunity give us some feedback on how helpful our staff are via a short feedback survey that will be emailed to you soon after we have spoken with you. If there is something that we could be doing better… please let us know!
